Summary
dryrun/tealdbg ledgers do not have block info so cannot provide correct value of
rewardLevelused in balance calculation forbalanceopcode. Fixed by clearingRewardBasefield in account data returned by dryrun/tealdbg ledgers.The crash was reported at the community forum.
